Student Research Symposium 2017 Submission Form
DEADLINE: DUE BY MARCH 15, 2017
All participants are required to record an audio file (QR) that mentions the following:
- Your name
- Your major
- Your hometown
- Whether this project is part of a course and if so, what course?
- Brief summary of project
- Your favorite part of the project
- Reflect on your research experience
Most of these audio files are less than one minute long. Please see Dr. Melissa Barranger-Mathys (email@example.com) for details and assistance. Due date: Friday, April 7, 2017.
All participants are also required to have your photo taken to participate in the Student Research Symposium. Please email Paula Fruehling at firstname.lastname@example.org
to set up a time on Monday, March 20 or Tuesday, March 21, 2017
. If you are unable to come on those dates, please call Paula Fruehling at 440 646 8111 to arrange a time and date BEFORE March 20.
Wednesday, March 15:
Abstract Submission Deadline
Notification will be sent after review of abstracts.
Monday and Tuesday, March 20 and 21:
Photos taken for program booklet.
Friday, April 7:
ORAL PRESENTERS video presentations for award judging purposes due date.
Monday, April 24:
Poster Drop off 9:00 AM-4:30 PM in MU 332 (if you are unable to drop off in Pilla on Tuesday, April 25th)
Tuesday, April 25:
Poster Drop off 8:30 AM - 1 PM Pilla Atrium
Wednesday, April 26:
Student Research Symposium - 6 - 8 PM Pilla Atrium
