URSULINE COLLEGE STUDENT RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM AWARD CATEGORIES
NOTE: AWARD WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

ACHIEVING WITH TECHNOLOGY:
The Achieving with Technology Award will celebrate the student achievements in reflecting the powerful convergence of technology and their presentations.  The award is based on how a student used technology to support, present and inspire innovation.

BEST INTEGRATION OF THE HUMANITIES IN AN INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH PROJECT:
The Philosophy Department Research Award will be won by the entrant(s) whose project best demonstrates critical thinking skills in the conduct and communication of their research results.

CORE CONNECTION:
The Core Connection Award will be determined based on the research project that best represents the seven core learning outcomes of Ursuline College.

GRADUATE STUDENT LIBRARY RESEARCH:
The Ralph M. Besse Library Research Award will be determined based on the quality and quantity of resources consulted. Applications must also demonstrate excellent understanding of searching skills. Graduate students must give an oral presentation for consideration.

UNDERGRADUATE LIBRARY RESEARCH:
The Ralph M. Besse Library Research Award will be determined based on the quality and quantity of resources consulted. Applications must also demonstrate excellent understanding of searching skills. Undergraduate students must display their work in a poster presentation for consideration.
