Ursuline Welcomes new Board Members Anthony Panzica, Kimberley Osborne-Milstein

September 08, 2016

Ursuline College welcomed two new members to its Board of Trustees at its Sept. 8 meeting, construction company president Anthony Panzica and fashion entrepreneur Kimberley Osborne-Milstein.

“We are delighted to welcome to our Board of Trustees both of these accomplished professionals who are vitally engaged in the Northeast Ohio community,” said Sr. Christine De Vinne, O.S.U., Ph.D., president of the College. “We are also grateful that both Mr. Panzica and Ms. Osborne-Milstein are deeply committed to the mission of Ursuline College.”

Panzica is the owner, president and chief executive officer of Cleveland-based Panzica Construction Co. He earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Purdue University in 1975 and his professional engineering license shortly thereafter. After working for a large multinational engineering and construction firm, he began work at Panzica in 1977. Recent Panzica building projects include the new South Euclid-Lyndhurst Branch of the Cuyahoga Public Library, the new Cleveland Institute of Art building, and the Flats East Bank Apartments.

"I am looking forward to this opportunity to share my time, treasure and talent to support and promote the growth of Ursuline college,” he said.

Panzica serves on a variety of boards and committees in the nonprofit sector and maintains an active role in industry-related groups, serving as chairman of the board of the Construction Employer’s Association for several years.

Osborne-Milstein is a 1998 Ursuline graduate, a former model and entrepreneur.

“The principles and values taught to me while at Ursuline College will be with me the rest of my life,” she said. “I am honored to be joining the board so that I can lend my support to the administration, faculty and staff, students and entire Ursuline community in the ongoing pursuit of providing the very best faith- and spirituality-based education on one of the most beautiful campuses in the country.”

Osborne-Milstein began modeling and acting at 19 and appeared in a number of advertisements, catalogs, television commercials and an HBO film starring Rob Lowe. While modeling, she attended Ursuline and earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design. She partnered with her college classmate, Cristen Loeser, to design merchandise that was sold in boutiques nationwide.
Osborne-Milstein and her brother, Brian Osborne, created Textile Republic, an online graphic art community which created unique designs that were printed on products that appeared in several online stores and on Good Morning America. She and Jennifer Adams are currently designing their first line of clothing and accessories which will be launching February 2017.
