Evidence-Based Nursing Day

The Breen School of Nursing invites you to attend Evidence-Based Nursing Day
 
Sophomore nursing students will present posters that explore the concept of infection prevention and control or the answer a nursing practice question. Junior nursing students will present their evidence-based nursing practice projects. Christopher S. Jerry, our guest speaker, will discuss his involvement in the patient safety movement. Through his advocacy efforts, as well as the programming of The Emily Jerry Foundation, he is striving to be an active part of the overall solution to preventable medical errors, which by recent estimates are the third leading cause of death in the United States.
