Baccalaureate Mass
  • Arrive at the Chapel of the Most Holy Trinity by 10:30 AM
  • Bring your gown, hood and cap
  • We will line up at 10:50 AM
The Mass will be in the Chapel of the Most Holy Trinity, in the Ursuline Educational Center and will begin at 11:00 AM with a hooding ceremony. You are asked to arrive at 10:30 AM for robing in the Angela Dining Room. It is down the hallway to your left at the top of the stairs. There will be a coat rack and water and snacks will be available. 

We will file in two by two, go down the center aisle and take our places in the spaces reserved at the left. Programs will be on your chairs. After the ceremony we will form an honor guard that the graduates will walk through prior to getting a class picture taken.


Commencement Exercises
  • Arrive at Wolstein by 6:00 PM
  • Enter at Gate C (facing Carnegie)
  • Bring your gown, hood, cap or hat
  • We will line up at 6:30 PM
Commencement will take place in the Wolstein Center in Downtown Cleveland and will begin at 7:00 PM. Parking is available in the garage immediately across the street. Please plan to arrive by 6:00 PM to allow for traffic as the graduates will also be arriving at the same time. You will enter the Wolstein Center at Gate C (facing Carnegie), where Student Affairs staff will be available to greet you and direct you to the robing area. Please bring your robe, hood and cap or hat. 

At 6:40 pm., we will depart the room two by two, we will separate on the floor, and then file in single file, one group behind one Marshall and the other behind another marshall. Prior to the beginning of the ceremony, we will form an honor guard in the back of the Wolstein Center that the graduates will walk though. After the students walk through the honor guard, we will then enter from the sides and file in to each row. Your programs will be on your chairs. 

I know many of you have walked a long emotional journey with your students, but PLEASE do not hold up the line by hugging them as they walk by. You may catch up with them after everyone has left the main floor area and has safely exited. If your situation has changed and you cannot march, please notify Gerri Jenkins.
