Preparing Tomorrow's Socially Conscious Leaders
A primary goal of the MBA program
at Ursuline is to prepare students to become socially conscious managers and leaders from an ethical, values-based perspective. Students gain both a practical knowledge of modern business, as well as an understanding of the social, ethical and human context in which business is conducted in a technology enhanced, global environment. The balance between business theory and the application of theory to solve complex business problems is a hallmark of this program, which was designed to be convenient and flexible for working professionals.
The most distinguishing features of Ursuline’s concentration areas are the socially conscious approach and the integrated, cross-disciplinary design feature that focuses on the interrelationships across business areas. These features provide graduates of the program with a competitive career advantage in the field of leadership and management. The evening MBA program is designed for the convenience and flexibility of working professionals. Each course is delivered in 8-week sessions and courses take place one day per week (Beginning Fall, 2015). Two concentration are currently offered: Management
and Health Services Management
